Semi-Private Training really is the best of both worlds and it’s the most effective way for people who are motivated and results driven to train.
Its’ important for me to spend some time in the beginning with my clients to find out what’s the drive behind you wanting to take control of your health and fitness. It may be that you have been busy working, raising a family or running a business and now it’s time for you.
We are all different and one size doesn’t fit all which is why my programs are based on your individual needs and your ability.
Realistic goal setting is important for my clients and breaking it down into small achievable steps so that you don’t become overwhelmed, and lose sight of why you
started in the first place.
Working as a Sports Injury Therapist for many years puts me at an advantage over many coaches today, as I can use my experience to date to help clients move well and stay injury free.
I really enjoy what I do, and I love to see my clients reaching their goals. At times, it can be a bumpy road but that’s what I’m here for, to SUPPORT, INSPIRE and EMPOWER you every step of the way.

How it works
With semi private training you simply share the cost of a personal trainer with up to three other people
You get the same care and attention to detail while you are working through your own programme designed for your ability
Sessions are approximately 45 minutes.
8 Credits per month (twice a week, you mean business but can’t commit to three days)
12 credits per month (three times a week, you really mean business and want to see results
Top Up your individual package with an extra 4 credits ( you are rocking it and want to up
your game before your holidays or an important event)
