My Story.
My Mission.
Inspire women to take control of their health and fitness
It wasn’t until my mid thirties that I really got stuck into my health and fitness! I was always on the go as a kid and involved in sport, but it wasn’t until I was thirty seven to be exact that I really decided to get stuck in. I’d been a member of gyms on and off over the years, but always ended up getting bored because I didn’t know what I was doing and just ended up leaving.
I was out walking one evening when I came across a poster for Kenpo Karate. The first class was for a free trial so I decided to give it a go.
Long story short, I loved it, and ended up training for eight years. I’m now kick boxing with Liam Dale Martial Arts and still going strong. I’ve always believed that age is just a number and its never to late to start something new.
For me, the important thing is to ENJOY your training what ever that is and it will never become a chore. Now as a women in her mid forties, I am passionate about inspiring other women to take control of their health and fitness and embrace their inner confidence.
True confidence comes from within and is truly infectious.
